These cases are made from the same heavy-duty materials as our Shipping Cases, but are formed using our traditional “Carrying Cases” molds. The result is an easy to transport case that also offers maximum protection for your heavy or valuable components. These are so durable that they can meet MIL and ATA specifications. Usage
Our Heavy-duty Carrying Cases are constructed from the same materials and components as our Heavy-duty Shipping Cases. However, these cases are formed on our tooling for carrying cases. Therefore, your Heavy-duty Carrying Case may have horizontal or vertical ribs like a briefcase, but will not have the protruding corner bumpers or stacking lugs. The result, is highly durable case that is a little easier to maneuver in tight quarters.
Hardware
Our Heavy-duty Carrying Cases utilize our standard Heavy-duty hardware:
- 2″ Aluminum valance extrusion (with silicone sealant and moisture gasket)
- Steel hinges, steel twist-draw latches, steel spring-loaded handle, 9″ stays
